Gleaning opportunity

Brett Terpstra sent a link out to a [scss mixin file](https://github.com/engageinteractive/front-end-baseplate/blob/master/src/scss/utility/_mixins.scss). Is there anything in there we'd like to glean?

I kinda like the simplicity of the media query option.

I haven't gone through the whole file yet.
