• basic navigation
• sidebar column and other simple layouts?
• lead-in paragraph
• heading with subheading
• inline lists
• plain lists
• basic table styles

Core component SCSS will have each class and subclass as new rule:

}

%class1__subclass {

}

Keep core component styles minimal to minimize overriding in project styles.
