Pay it forward = Pass on the favor #66

@szabgab has started this concept of Pass on the favor (see OSDC-Code-Maven/OSDC-Code-Maven.github.io#5 and https://osdc.code-maven.com/pif)
In his own words:
The idea is to create a chain of contributions, to go to open source projects where I contributed something and ask the maintainer of that project to "pass on the favor". That is to find another open source project and send a contribution there. Even if it is a minor contribution.
I think this is a great idea. We should be able to integrate this into PRC, perhaps through a draft MR that we give to contributors that links to this concept.
I feel like there's a better opportunity but it doesn't occur to me yet. I need to find it.
