Molecule representation.
Since a molecule’s reward (representing its desirability as a real-world drug) should be the same regardless of its predicted 3D conformation, we represent ligands as 2D graphs here.

발표 준비하면서 의문사항이 있었는데요.
리간드를 3차원이 아닌 2차원 그래프로 표현해서 나아진 점에 대해서 더 근거가 되는 정보를 찾고 싶었습니다.
그리고 이 논문을 소화하기 위해서는 BRICS decomposition, ZINC20 등 사실은 다른 논문들을 통한 배경지식들이 많이 필요했었는데 사정상 스킵을 하게 되었습니다. 이 주제에 대해서 디테일함이 부족했던 느낌이 남아있어서 앞으로 서로 정보교류를 많이 하길 희망합니다.

TacoGFN에서 생성(다음 스텝에 붙일 fragment 와 reaction을 선택)을 위해서 state에 따른 reward를 계산해야 하는데, 하나의 state에 하나의 reward가 매핑되어야 하는것 같습니다. (GFN의 특성)
생성과정에서는 2D graph 에 붙여나가는데, reward (TacoNet)는 3차원의 conformations 을 기반으로 계산이 되고 있기에 (같은 2D graph 에 대해서 가능한 3D conformation 은 하나가 아님) 하나로 줄이는 과정이 들어가는 것 같습니다.
