Few evaluations are showing this error when checking results

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Kaapi Konsole
2. Add SEARCH API key
3. Open this evaluation run
4. See error

Error Message

Processing failed: Evaluation run 117 has no config reference (config_id=None, config_version=None)

Expected behavior
Evaluation should not run if valid config is not passed
