Mobile UI: Scheduler does not display timeslots after 4pm

As the title implies, I am unable to see the schedule after 4pm on web browsers. Although, the schedule is primarily designed for desktop I assume, it can be quite annoying to not be able to view the time table when the application is fairly mobile friendly.

If I request the timetable in desktop mode, I am able to view courses past 4pm and can see that the scheduler has suggested a time slot past 4pm.

src/scss/App.scss: tt-tabs has the overflow property to be hidden which means if the height overflows 88vh, then it will hide the overflowing content. We usually want to allow scrolling on mobile and on websites. There are various approaches to fix this issue:

1. Change the height property (not recommended because you will need to account different screen heights)
2. Change overflow property back to default to allow scrolling. I am not sure why overflow was set to hidden but if there is a reason to have this for desktop, you could just add into the media query when max-width is over 700px to allow overflow.

For documentation purposes, the reason why overflow was set to hidden is that the timetable overflows in the x-direction it would seem which disables the ability to click on the buttons.

Forgot to also overwrite .tt-tabs when the max-width is 700px, meaning the problem persists when the screen max width of the screen is under 700px.
