Error Code: 119-1028

"A network error has occurred.

"If the error persists, Please close Nintendo TVii"

I've got error code 119-1028, the message up there is the same as the 119-1006 error, what do I do? Please let me know, Thank you.
I know that the service not available error is normal because the revival is in closed beta.

The service isn't even public yet, this is just the same thing as the service isn't available error.
