CJK terminal

• Properly handle UTF-8 to UTF-16 conversion (make nowide/bestawide publicly available from newlib) (done via the wcs API now as we have switched to use 16-bit wchar_t)
• Use a "string" to store UTF-16 CPs so we won't run into limitations of WriteChar() (although double check the limitation exists before proceed)
• Switch to 12pt CJK font when printing CJK characters and switch back to tiny Latin font when printing Latin characters.
