Feature Request: Ability to manually set cpu/core affinity in config

It would be great to be able to specify cpu/core affinity in the config file. The reason being if I don't 512mb per thread then I could more readily be able to divvy up threads per CPU based on the amount of RAM that I do have.

I know you can do this via numactl or windows processor affinity but that's a pain and can be problematic every time you start the miner.
