Bug: Chatbot Accepting "No message"

Describe the bug
Chatbot accepts blank space as input.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Chatbot'
2. Click on 'Send'
3. See error

Expected behavior
The button should be diabled when there is no text
