Save intermediate results from Hub to local storage

New endpoint to download intermediate results from the Hub directly and save it to the local storage so that an analysis does not have to load the intermediate result in its memory. 

Implement an optional parameter to specify the location where the result is stored. This should default to `local/{project_id}`.
