Add information on analysis deployment #74
Description
The helm chart for the flame-node can be easily referenced, or even cloned and modified, for information on how the components are deployed and their permissions, but the analysis resources are defined within the pod orchestrator and cannot be modified. A page should be written to detail exactly what is deployed with an analysis and the associated definitions/settings. Some of the main resources that should be described are:
- Analysis deployment
- Nginx deployment
- Services (analysis and nginx)
- Configmap
- Network Policy
