New Unread message Chat should appear at top And chats should be sorted in order of last message #51

Like when we recieve a new chat message that chat should appear at top of the sidebar
Also the chats in sidebar should be displayed in soder order of last message we have done
like if i message person A at current .. so its chat should be above other users whom i messaged later
