Token Vial Issue

Describe the bug
When splashing a token vial at somebody's mine, you don't get the tokens.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. go to somebody's private mine
2. splash a token vial
3. get no tokens

Expected behavior
It should give us the tokens.
