problem in mobile device

I developed a website using wordpress under salient wordpress theme,
for some animation, i have used scrollr js , But it creates problems for me on Mobile, device, can any one help me ?

1. scroll is not working in mobile,
2. whenever i tired to check this desktop using screen resolution min width less than 400 or 500 than it just overlapped with another row.
