Supporting Multi-Vector Embeddings

I am not sure if sth like this exists right now, but a cool addition would be support for multi-vector embeddings coming from ColBERT/ColPali!

One idea would be to reduce the multi-vectors to a single-vector with MUVERA, but maybe an appropriate method exists :)

Hey @baniasbaabe, thanks! This is a cool idea, I can have a look at how this can be done. Something like MUVERA sounds like a good idea :). I'll keep this issue open for when I get a chance to explore this!
