seq2seq.rnn_decoder function issue

Hi, Janto, your ram code is very useful for me, but I am a little confused for the seq2seq.rnn_decoder function, why do you use this function? If so, what is the encoder for this decoder? Is it the same as the function dynamic_rnn? Would you please explain the difference between them? Very appreciate for your help.
