Prototype Python script that updates wiki page using Confluence API

Get to know Confluence APIs in order to programmatically update a wiki page. Intent is:

1. Provide jumping off point for a production tool that puts tweets onto wiki page automatically
2. Pick or prototype Python wrapper of Confluence APIs

Deliverable: Python script that posts data from a Python dictionary to a wiki page in a nice format. Data should include text, an http link, and an image.
