Hello Salma,
This is not hard to reproduce. In order to make this module send the e-mail to the customers you have to call a cron (cron.php) file which should be located in: modules/followup. Go to Modules, ps_reminder, Configure.
If you call this file you will get an error, because the file does not exist.

Thanks for the clarification.
I manage to reproduce the issue with the last version 1.7.2.4.
The URL is wrong it should be DOMAIN_NAME/modules/ps_reminder/cron.php?secure_key=3DKT8G7W8G9KGQIJ.
We will see how to fix it.

its in ps_reminder.php about line 752.

The problem I had, and I don't know if its related is that I translated the mails in the backend but they were saved in the followup/mails folder not in the ps_reminder/mails. So if you start the cron job they get sent in in the wrong language. Maybe its related.
