Date Display Error

When a wiki entry is first created, there shouldn't be a difference 
between its creation date and the date it has last been modified. 
In fact, the last edited stamp shouldn't even be displayed in this 
case.

However, the completed wiki entry will always display a last edited 
time stamp regardless of the fore-mentioned condition.
