[Feature]: Allow filtering by report, rather than date range #38

Some reports have usage charges outside of the billing month date range, meaning cost totals shown in Sensabill are inconsistent with the invoice.
Describe the solution you'd like.
- Need to mark reports with an identifier for their billing month (to be able to link tariff report with usage reports)
- Add option to filter by report
