+### Notable Observations
+- The word and music are major influences in their decision to join the Olivebrook Church.  
+- General perception about TOBC was a warm, nonjudgemental and welcoming atmosphere.

+- Response time to online enquiries  
+- Follow-up of 1st/2nd time guests (This feedback is resurfacing after a protracted time)  
+- More extensive use of bar codes in communication of information (e.g. registration links) as typing in links manually takes time.
