Outdated dependencies

Two of your dependencies (device_preview and persistent_bottom_nav_bar) are outdated and do not work with Flutter v3.22.2 .

• Issue on device_preview
• Issue on persistent_bottom_nav_bar

May be switch to some alternative or restrict the flutter SDK version to below 3.22.2 as it does not build above that.
