Social preview URLs always going to the root URL

Currently, the social preview link is always pointing out to the root URL. For example, sharing the "Our Story" page https://www.postreview.org/about will lead to https://www.postreview.org/ on the social preview.

We want to change the URL of the open graph image unique to the page being shared.
