Prevent "Half-Baked"-State after failed API requests #11
Description
The system can fall into an "half-Baked" state in which the dedicated systemd user, the service and other target system configurations remain present unfunctional and cannot be removed by the remove_runner variable. This could occure if github-api requests fail. e.g. an wrong token scope, runner group not present.
Goal: Restructure/build ansible code to prevent this situation or enhance the remove_runner variable.
