Could you please provide a tutorial notebook or docker image for generating image datasets from scratch?

I tried to use the phases in your paper(survivor->dwgsim->bwa->generate.py), but couldn't find detailed parameters for generating an image. So, I used the default parameters. However, the resulting image does not look good.

The default parameters were used to generate the images in the paper as well. It's hard to assess the images though by looking at multiple channels combined (e.g. this might actually be a good image). At the very end of the tutorial notebook, I added some code to view individual image channels -- could you try that on a few images?
