PyPI publish failed

Upload failed stating that the package is over 100 mb. I think I left a lot of unused binaries which I can remove.

Still over 100 mb, might need to remove data files and force users to run install locally so we can delete the files on the repository

Those files will not be enough. I need to trim the size of binaries, namely post-align for MacOS. This seems like a non-trivial solution. We might need to drop macOS support for x86_64 or for arm64

Hi @WilliamZekaiWang, would a better solution not be to publish sierra-local to bioconda instead of Pypi? Conda is designed for dependencies that span beyond Python and you could specify minimap2 as a simple requirement....

That could work, though I would like to keep the PyPI side up.

Hello! Yes in bioconda recipe is updated with every repository release:
https://anaconda.org/channels/bioconda/packages/sierra-local/overview
https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/blob/master/recipes/sierra-local/meta.yaml

But I'm not able to maintain it right now, it was functional tho with bioconda, singularity and docker as it is inside my nf-core pipeline:

And test execute it. At least v0.4.3 was functional, but it need some improvements.
