Pin monster request comments

There are a maximum of 4 comments displayed at any point in time during the stream. When a monster is requested via comment, I think the comment should be pinned to the bottom most comment. This means that the request comment stays locked on the bottom comment position for the time between new requests.

it would be excellent if we could add a small icon next to the pinned request comment, like the one ive linked

This can probably be achieved using a coroutine that lasts for a set time constantly moving the comment into place. Will probably look into this later I no one else take son this before me.

This is working now, BUT there's no icon telling the message in pinned. Not sure if I should close this?
