Default dwellTime is too long

I just got caught out by the default dwellTime, which is a whopping 2000ms!  This is more than long enough for a user to click through to a different route, in fairly normal use cases.

Unless there is good reason, please reduce this to something more suitable like 100ms, or less.  This is just way too big a gotcha at present...
