Stuck bot order can cause chart to stop working

We had a situation in which there were some open bot orders that caused the chart to stop working.  This was fixed by searching for open bot orders and then manually closing them.

Not sure how the open bot orders got created but suggest that one possibility to fix is to have the charting bot close all open orders on startup.
