Need mechanism to avoid sending deposits to wrong wallet

Opencex generates a different wallet for each token, but this makes it easy to
send the tokens to the wrong address.

Suggest the following....

1. add notice to system to make sure that you are sending the coins to the right
   wallet. In particular Binance sets things up so that different coins and network
   have the same wallet address so people might be used to that.

2. have the admin page monitor transactions to wallets and have the option of
   reverting invalid transactions (i.e. wrong coin / wrong network )

3. adopt binance model of have the same wallet for different coins /networks
