Save file problem

Hello encountered same issue.

When using rfd together with iced on Windows 10 (I'll test Windows 11 later), the FileDialog opens but the overwrite confirmation prompt does not appear if I try to save a file with a name that already exists. The FileDialog then becomes unresponsive (freezes). Using rfd by itself, the overwrite confirmation works fine. This appears to be an interaction between iced and rfd.
