Notes system #9
Description
Eventually we will need a generic notes system to store e.g. email content of sent messages, general notes created about a user, etc. The notes system will also be used by other Regimo components as a service. E.g. the Event Management module might create comments for a user, reminders, etc. Different note types need to be configurable by an Admin.
