Setup continuous integration

The Regimo project should be built and the Regimo server updated automatically.

in our hudson instance at:
http://demo.poloniouslive.com:8080

Configure automatic builds and update of tomcat war file (so the tomcat server on regimo.poloniouslive.com needs to have the manager application enabled for auto-deployments).

Configure generation of database schema via schemaspy.
