ModManager Incompatibility

I'm running version 21.0.0 for my switch and the mod manager crashes whenever i attempt to open it, is there an update everyone is using that i cant find?

I'm not the dev of SimpleModManager. Sadly his developer seemed to abandon it. Maybe you could find an updated fork
