Challenge definitions and logic for daily challenges #7

There are some challenge definitions in the definitions file that are changed on a daily basis (Has an "availableDuration" that specifies the current date)
Not sure if these are per-user or not, will need to store these in the database and compute the users daily challenges on load if they need to be rotated.

- Add support for daily challenge definitions
- Database logic to store and retreive daily challenges
- Determine whether daily challenges are per-user
