Is it possible to automatically use SQLite for storage when MySQL is unavailable? #837
Description
If MySQL is offline at startup, CoreProtect will not run.
This will result in some data not being recorded.
When MySQL is offline, automatically save the data to disk. When the database is online, automatically upload it back to the database.
