Unable to replace .wav files

Hello! I've downloaded your Sound Extractor tool and ModAPI in order to replace audio clips in the game. However, while I am able to extract the sfx, I don't know how replace any of the files. I've looked on the Nexus Mods forums and elsewhere but there aren't any tutorials that I can find. Any chance you could help me?
