SnoreToast is being added to Windows' Start Menu each time it shows notification

Expected behavior

No additional Start Menu entries.

Actual behavior

Each time a notification comes up, SnoreToast shortcut is being added to Start Menu.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Use pos-cli on Windows and trigger a notification. ;)

There is a solution ready. I am leaving this in the Issues to remember, but I might fix it one day: vuejs/vue-cli#2720 (comment)

Could notifications be optional / turned off ? Since this is a command line tool it's overkill.
