Increase `Y` parameter for Heliotron (NFP=19) in effective ripple tutorial

Need more resolution to capture locations of bounce points on high frequency fields of Heliotron (NFP=19) on the flux surfaces near the boundary.

Now that we have NUFFTs we can do this on the GitHub CI without going out of memory.

We also should document that higher field periods may need higher Y (say this explicitly I mean) in the tutorial

It's both, look at the heliotron example in the notebook and all the pretty plots. Y is more important for 2D method and Y_B for 1D. The picture in above comment makes no mention to NFP.
