Implementing PodApi.Stream in Setup (+bug fixes)

Update Summary

1. Changed the Setup.SetupOneDevice 8206HR and 8401HR modules to use the new PodApi.Stream module. This has improved the execution time for streaming data from a POD device and saving to disk.
2. Fixed bug: Setup.SetupAllDevices.SetupAll option "8. Generate initialization code" now returns the proper class names for the device parameters and SetupAll .
