Traitor Radar (TextRender)

Traitor should get a radar to show the other players every 30 seconds. Therefore we need a modified TextRender function from Nanos.

Also, that could be achieved in the WebUI, using Deproject function to get screen space location from characters, then draw html elements in those positions.
