Unable to install

Nothing is installed when clicking on the dependencies and penguin store.

The phone ask me if I really want to install the apps, but looks like nothing is installed.

OS : W10 mobile, latest official build.

Hello there! You should install the app using Microsoft App Installer and then install PenguinStore and its dependencies

Actually App Installer return "An error is occured with this application".

I managed to install the apps through my web browser, using the development interface.

Here’s the path to follow:

On your phone, connect to the same Wi-Fi as your computer, go to Settings, then in the Development options, at the very bottom, note the IP address shown there. Enter this IP in your browser. A code will be requested. On the phone, tap on “paired” in the development menu, a code will appear and should be entered in the desktop browser.

You should then access the phone’s administration page. On the first page, you have the option to upload and install the necessary packages from your computer.
