[Feature request] - Option for frame to expand on top of other windows

Hi,

I would like to suggest the following as an option for every frame individualy:
When a frame is expanded, to appear on top of everything else, so you could access its contents without having to move or minimize other elements on the desktop.

To explain what I mean a little better, I created the following image:

As you can see, on the top of my desktop I have three collapsed frames.
I also have opera browser open, just below those frames.
In standard behaviour, if I hover over one of them, it will expand in the back of the browser window and I won't be able to see its contents unless I move the browser out of the way.
However, if there was an option like "expand on top" activated, the frame whould would expand on top of the browser, like it's shown in the image.
It would be really helpful and much faster to be able to do this.

I hope this makes sense, and maybe you'll consider implementing this option.

The frames are the part of the desktop, bringing them forward would require the parent window of the frame(s) to be changed, which would result in a sudden flash of the frame's window. I'd rather not implement this because it might trigger an unwanted reaction in someone who is photosensitive.

It might be possible to do this without the flashing. I might look into it, but this will take time, and my time is limited, so don't expect this feature to be implemented in the near future.

Thanks Xenos71 for this very helpful suggestion. I am also waiting for this since several tilme. The Deskframe tool itself is so wonderful, but when the desktop is full of windows (Explorer, Editor, CAD-Views, and so on) it is always a bit time consuming, to push all the windows away so that a little slot will appear, where my Deskframe can be opened visible and not hiding between the parent windows,

Hi, I have an idea on how to deal with this, but it has to wait. It'll likely be done in the next 3 months.
