FPS Unlocker Windows lags when trying to move by dragging.

Describe the bug
You can barely move the window (FPS unlocker) by dragging it to a new position, it's so inconsistent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it only moves a few pixels, sometimes it even moves in the complete other direction.

May I ask why this app doesn't use just official Windows APIs, especially when it's written in C#?

To Reproduce

1. Open App
2. Try to drag the window to a different area on screen

Expected behavior
It's obvious.

Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce this bug, maybe because I do not earn an ultrawide monitor. I keep it open if I got the opportunity to try it on a bigger screen than mine
