Bug: Project time doesn't work as expected #33

@ChristinaMcKay

Description

@ChristinaMcKay

Describe the bug
For every file I save in the Project Statistics the message says I have already spend Time XY on that file.
seems like SEA is pulling the Project time from the Startup file.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load my startup file
  2. Go to 'File > New > General'
  3. Click on 'Save file (under any name)'
  4. In the N-panel go to the SEA section
  5. Scroll down to 'Project Statistics'

Expected behavior
Project time should be zero when I first save the file, so the Project Statistics should show only a few seconds if I directly look after saving the new file..

Additional context
FYI - I don't install Blender, I always use the portables, because for work related reasons I need different instances of the same version. I am using config folders inside the folder for the portables, so every instance has its own settings.

I found out, this is related to my startup file. If I use another startup file, everything is okay. This is the "broken" one, I had to zip it;
