Add wine 10.3.tar.gz to large files

Wine 9.17 is old,there is however wine 9.3 in files section but keeps getting 9.17,can this be fixed manual to edit the install script? since they don't update it from here.

9.3 works if you click "install scripts" and replace 9.17 with 9.3 in there...I'm just trying to get 10+ running via PiApps instead of manually loading since for whatever reason it doesn't play as nice with manually building lol

Maybe you know this I have an issue with wine in general from before when I run age of empires 2 it says make sure you have a direct draw compatible video card and exits,you know how to make the game work?
