Players Getting Launched Upwards

Issue:

Players will sometimes get launched upwards and die of fall damage no matter what the vertical KB value is.

How to replicate:

Hit a player with a snowball/projectile and immediately hit them with your fist after.

It also happens when you shoot arrows too fast.
