It would be nice to implent Quickshare too. I found this project which is really new but looks promising. When i get my photobooth back which is curently rented out i will try to implemt both. https://github.com/teaishealthy/pyquickshare

So I tried implementing both pyquickshare and opendrop. But there where two problems on quickshare I could reseive stuff butwhen i tried to send stuff it said it send something but nothing was receive on my device. Also it currently only works when both devices are in the same network so its not better than just using the qr code. Opendrop requires wifi monitoring to be enabled which needs kernel patching to get working on raspi 3/4 (i think raspi 5 works out of the box) as i have an raspi 4 and i dont want to do that thats also of the table. https://owlink.org/2019/05/16/howto-use-airdrop-on-raspberry-pi-3.html
