Documentation needs to be improved

Hello there,
First of all, thank you for contributing to the open-source platform.

I was looking through the documentation. It seems like there is no flow in the documentation. Documentation should be in flow like

1. why I need a transaction ID before doing the actual Transaction?
2. what you are considering as salt index in the X-VERIFY header?

I may have done some mistakes while referring to your documentation! Please guide me!

My requirement is very simple. I want to add a Dynamic QR code feature to do payments but I couldn't understand and quite confused while reading your documentation!
